MeBoxx is a website owned and operated by MeBoxx Ltd ("We" or "Us"). We are registered in England and Wales, company number 9426916.
We provide the primary users of our website a platform to create and host an online profile to help promote themselves for any reason, including but not limited to positions of employment made available for application.
All profiles created are stored in the MeBoxx database, made available to you through the Talent Search function of the MeBoxx website ("Service"). The service allows you to search the database for talent profiles based on your requirements.
The service will be made available when MeBoxx decides there is sufficient talent available and stored in the MeBoxx database.
You may choose to contact the owner of the talent profile, which may result in the offer of an audition or paid/unpaid work by your company or your client.
We also offer to you, an additional service, which allows you to remove the MeBoxx branding and colour scheme from any profile and replace with your own logo/branding and colour scheme ("White Label Service"). Additionally a personalised URL will be offered to you to display the profile, removing the MeBoxx name from the URL. The White Label Service allows you to present the talent profiles as though the profile system is internal to you. In this instance the profile owners direct contact details will not be included within the profile.
The White Label Service may be made available to you before the Talent Search Service.
Upon registration or subscription to the service you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Upon successful registration, MeBoxx will contact you with further details of the service(s) available, namely the Talent Search and White Label Service.
